Derbecker’s Heritage House is a 72 bed Long Term in Care Home in the village of St. Jacobs. We are a family owned and operated facility since 1965.
Private, semi-private and basic accommodations are offered and residents are encouraged to decorate their rooms with personal items. Derbecker’s Heritage House is an open concept home, all on one level. We feature large lounge and dining areas as well as a beautiful, secure outdoor space and garden.
All common areas and resident rooms are air conditioned.
